Eddie Adams Workshop
Jeffersonville, NY, USA
October 9-12, 2026
Founded in 1988, the Eddie Adams Workshop was created to expand access to professional opportunities by selecting students based on talent rather than their ability to pay tuition. Emerging photographers submit portfolios for review, and a committee of industry leaders selects 100 participants solely on the strength of their work. Over four intensive days, students work alongside top photographers and editors, gaining hands-on experience through assignments, portfolio reviews, panel discussions, and presentations. The Workshop’s dedicated volunteer faculty and staff, many of them alumni, are passionate about its mission and generously give their time and expertise.
Since all faculty, portfolio reviewers, and support staff donate their time as volunteers, we do not charge a fee for the program or access to our faculty. However, there is a room & board fee of $475 to help cover your four days of lodging and meals during the Workshop. Participants are also responsible for their travel costs to and from Jeffersonville, NY.
Please read the FAQ below before applying. For more information on the program and travel & lodging costs, visit our website.
