Emerging Professional Eligibility: 

• Photographers who are building the foundation of their professional network and not yet established figures in editorial, commercial, or fine art fields are eligible to apply
• Open to photographers of all genres
• Part-time photographers or those transitioning from other careers are eligible to apply

Military Eligibility:

• Applicants who are active-duty military photographers or veterans are eligible to apply

Exclusions include:

• Photographers holding full-time staff photographer positions at major publications for more than 6 years are ineligible to apply. (Internships are not considered “staff”)
• Photographers who have been under contract with agencies like the Associated Press, Getty Images, or Reuters for more than six years are ineligible to apply.
